Cardiac Rehabilitation
Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation is a supervised exercise program with heart monitoring and includes an education program on risk factor modifications for cardiac patients recently discharged from the hospital.
The program is designed for people who have had a heart attack, angioplasty/stent, coronary artery bypass surgery, valve replacements or other forms of cardiovascular disease.
