Our Team Approach

Preventive care is the best way to treat people with diabetes. The team of healthcare providers at the Diabetes Center, in accordance with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) standards, provides the education and training necessary for you to manage your condition.

The Diabetes Center has been serving the community for over 10 years and is one of the most comprehensive centers in Northern California. The high quality education provided is proudly offered by our team of clinicians, who each have 15 years of diabetes education experience and all hold the credential of Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).

Our primary objective is to help you learn to control your diabetes and prevent the associated complications. Our team of professionals will help you take control of your health and your future.
