Sequoia achieves the guideline of treatment in 90 minutes or less, as recommended by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology, 100% of the time. Door-to-flow times are among the fastest in the state, on average 61 minutes, dramatically improving a patient’s chance of surviving a heart attack.
The Emergency Department is fully staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our entire staff, from receptionists and nurses to X-ray technicians, works diligently to provide high quality, compassionate care to all patients.
