Outpatient Registration
We provide the most comprehensive and state of art outpatient health service to the public while providing a personable service at Sequoia. Below is a list of outpatient service we provide.
For radiology or laboratory service, please go directly to the appropriate department for registration. For all other outpatient service, please check in at the admitting office. The radiology department is located on the 1st floor next to emergency registration and the laboratory is located on the 1st floor by the west lobby entrance.
