Before proceeding please read carefully:
Sequoia Hospital is happy to provide you with free hi-speed access to the internet during your in-person visit. This Cyber Café has two locations: at the main lobby and also in the cafeteria. You are welcome to access the Cyber Café via your laptop computer or other internet connected device in these convenient locations.
As a condition of using the Cyber Café, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to each of the provisions below. I may express my disagreement by not using the Cyber Café.
1. My access to the Cyber Café is a privilege and it may be wholly or partially withdrawn by Sequoia Hospital at its sole discretion at any time, without cause, and without notice.
2. There is no guarantee that the Cyber Café will be available at any particular time or at any particular speed.
3. Cyber Café is not a secure means of using the internet.
4. My use of the Cyber Café, including any content I view, send or receive via the Cyber Café, may be subject to monitoring and disclosure by Sequoia Hospital and or its internet provider as they deem appropriate; I have no expectations of privacy with respect to such content.
5. Because Cyber Café is being made available in a work environment, certain third party websites containing inappropriate content may not be accessible to me; but Sequoia Hospital shall have no obligation to block any or all such content.
6. Neither Sequoia Hospital nor Catholic Healthcare West (including its affiliate healthcare providers), nor its suppliers or vendors are responsible or liable for any claim, loss, or damage directly or indirectly resulting from my use of the Cyber Cafe or the information or the resources contained on or accessible through the Cyber Cafe.
7. My use of the Cyber Cafe is also subject to all additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout Sequoia Hospital's website, including the privacy notices and terms and conditions at the foot of a webpage.
8. I access and use solely at my own risk the Cyber Cafe and any other websites, including the information, services, products, materials and any other resources contained on them.
9. I shall not use the Cyber Café to violate the law or the rights of anybody or to otherwise harrass anybody.
